Terms of Service

RankedUpNow provides Google Business Profile optimization services. Results vary, no guaranteed rankings. Service is manual + software assisted.

Our service

We help local businesses optimize and manage their Google Business Profile, including posts, review replies, and profile monitoring. Work is performed manually by our team with the assistance of software tools. We use the official Google Business Profile API and comply with Google's policies.

No guaranteed results

Search and map rankings are controlled by Google and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, call volume, or business outcome. Results vary from business to business.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for granting the access we need to manage your profile, for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for maintaining compliance with Google's terms. You may revoke our access at any time.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis once launched. You can cancel anytime via Manage Billing. See our Refund Policy for details on our money-back guarantee.
